Spring Equinox Meditation Gathering

Spring Equinox Meditation Gathering

facilitated by Sandrine Harris, hosted by the Berkshire Botanical Garden

Saturday, March 28th

4 - 5pm

Tickets: Berkshire Botanical Garden

Join us for Spring Equinox Meditation Gathering, a community meditation gathering guided by mindfulness-in-nature facilitator, Sandrine Harris, celebrating the beginnings of Spring! With the Spring Equinox, we have opportunities to come out of the hibernatory energies of Winter and embrace the budding of seasonal change, and the freshness of new growth. This meditation experience is open to all adults (18+ years), and is a combination of walking outdoors in the gardens (weather-permitting), sitting together indoors, and meaningful conversation.

This event happens rain or shine, and footwear for outdoor walking is encouraged.

*No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is needed to join, and all are welcome!
