MARROW

somatics, embodiment and meditation program

through international retreats and trainings

with Sandrine Harris (SEP, RSMT/E, GCFP)

MARROW is an emergent experience of aliveness and connection. It is an unlearning and a wilding.

  • Somatics, Embodiment & Meditation

With process-based explorations, you are guided into expansive pathways for letting go of the performative, moving beyond stress patterns, and arriving into the pleasure of an emergent state of being.

From this place of listening to our inner landscapes, we steward and nurture our whole selves. We embody and remember that playfulness and creativity are innate to each of us. We grow our capacity to witness and feel the spectrum of our shared humanity, in grief and joy.

Much of how we experience and process the world, and each other, is NON-VERBAL and happens in and through our bodies. As someone who has spent over 30 years investigating meaning through expressive pathways beyond and between language, I am heartened to continue this embodied research of: experiencing presence; unlearning patterns adopted through systemic inputs and adversity; coming into our wild, animal bodies in movement; embodying connection with the natural world we belong to; meditating in several different orientations and forms; reflecting and r-e-s-t-i-n-g.

The root system we connect into and forge together during MARROW, is woven into our beings, so that we bring this cherishing and growth back into our communities.

“Marrow was a life-changing experience for me and I am so grateful to have reconnected with myself in such an interesting and dynamic way.”

— participant (Nov 2023)

“Marrow was a wholeness experience of mind, body and connection. I enjoyed the slowing down of using my body in small, new ways that I had never felt before as well as the structure of the program inviting me to move only in ways that felt respectful of my needs. A highlight was mark-making which felt incredible to be able to output my emotional state through my body, onto a large format.”
