Somatic Experiencing®: A connective and embodied process, based in neurobiological foundations, for processing and integrating trauma, traumatic stress and chronic pain. SE is also useful and supportive for being with the complexity and fullness of life.
For all ages (20+), with a mix of talking, body sensing, relating, discovering, and more.

Transform Chronic Pain: Learn how repatterining the neural circuitry of pain transforms sensation and your relationship with chronic syndromes that are non-structural (such as migraines or fibromyalgia). These sessions are a blend of information from Sandrine’s training with Dr Howard Schubiner, and experiential transformation through trauma-sensitive mindfulness and Somatic Experiencing®.
Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness Meditation & support for growing your personal meditation path: a flow of practices specific to your interests. Collaborate in creating a path forward in your own personal investigations, including working with bodily comfort (how to position your body), and the challenge of distraction, schedule and stress cycles in maintaining a rhythm of regular practice.
Embodying Connection: a session for couples (LGBTQIA+), partners, companions to deepen understanding, communication and connection. Creativity, play and presence are woven into a somatic process with you and your loved one.
