Step 3) Registration closes on Friday, March 6th @ 12pm eastern time. There are no refunds on contributions made towards this experience (including if you are unable to join). Thank you for your understanding.

*This event is only for adults (20+ years of age)

Join us for a somatic (body-centered and body-inclusive) process to tend our hearts, minds and bodies in community. These times are filled with heartbreak, rage, grief, doom scrolling, and bodily sensations rippling through at a quickening pace.

Being With What Is is a facilitated gathering to slow down and turn towards our inner lives and what we’re individually and collectively experiencing, with kindness and gentle invitations.

*No trauma stories are shared during our time together.

“The time is very urgent – we must slow down.” Bayo Akomolafe

FOR THIS EXPERIENCE:

  • Set yourself up at home or where you are joining from, on the floor with a mat and blanket, and bolster (or folded towel / blanket). If being on the floor is not a good idea for you, find a sofa or spot where you can both sit and lay.

  • Water bottle

  • A single candle & matches

  • Pen and Paper

EMAIL SANDRINE with any questions: sandrine@sandrineharris.com
