EMBODYING BOUNDARIES

a somatic workshop to nourish the way you sense and steward your experience of connection

facilitated by somatic practitioner, Sandrine Harris

Sunday, August 30th

10am - 12pm

Loft above COOP

$50

We have a tendency to think about “boundaries” as walls for protection or blocking out energies we don’t wish to be near.

Boundaries are far more nuanced and loving — towards ourselves and others. They are the bridge to the kind of connection we long for, and the texture of belonging we desire.

During our time together, we’ll explore perspectives through embodied learning drawn from Somatic Experiencing®️ (a somatic process for healing trauma) and Feldenkrais®️ (a method of somatic education), along with creative process on paper.

LOCATION: loft above Berkshire Food Coop (Great Barrington, MA)

FEE: $50 via VENMO, in advance of August 30th (registration closes August 29th @ midnight)
