EMBODYING BOUNDARIES

a somatic workshop to nourish the way you sense and steward your experience of connection

facilitated by somatic practitioner, Sandrine Harris

Sunday, November 22nd

10am - 12pm

Heartseed Healing: 40 Railroad St, Suite # 208, Great Barrington, MA 01230

$50

REGISTRATION IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED

Boundaries are often thought of as walls for protection or blocking out energies we don’t wish to be near.

Boundaries are far more nuanced and loving — towards ourselves and others. They are the bridge to the kind of connection we long for, and the texture of belonging we desire.

During our time together, we’ll explore perspectives through embodied learning drawn from Somatic Experiencing®️(an embodied therapeutic process for healing trauma) and Feldenkrais®️ (a method of somatic education), to define, cultivate and sense our loving boundaries. We will have meaningful discussions, personal writing time, and visual / creative play on paper with boundary work as well.
